Condition Specific Treatment

UCLA's Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center offers cancer related health services for people of all ages in Los Angeles. Services include FDA approved treatments, and psychosocial and supportive care. Care for patients who do not require hospitalization is provided in the outpatient UCLA Oncology Center. Patients requiring hospitalization receive care at the Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center, adjacent to the cancer center. There are no geographic restrictions.

Physicians at the center are experienced in medical and surgical oncology, radiation oncology, women's cancers, lung cancers, skin cancers, oral cancers, prostate and other genitourinary cancers, and pain management. Its fully integrated cancer control program emphasizes prevention and early detection, as well as research that identifies problems and develops effective interventions in order to minimize the number of cancer related deaths.
