Administrative Entities

The agency provides health services for people of all ages in Los Angeles county, including those who are homeless. Services include administrative entities, case/care management, child health and disability prevention exams, childhood immunizations, chronic disease self management programs, community clinics, contract clinics, general medical care, medical information services, tuberculosis screening, and women's health center care. There are no geographic restrictions.

This is a community clinic that provides general health screening, assessment and treatment. Medical information is provided on the agency's 24-hour Nurse Advice Line; all languages are available through an interpretation service.
