The agency provides counseling services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include individual, family, child, and group counseling; bereavement counseling; gender identity counseling; marriage counseling; parent counseling; sexuality counseling; sexual assault counseling; spouse/partner abuse counseling; stress management; and women's issues counseling. Crossroads, as an active referral source, will work in partnership with many state and community organizations to provide counseling for their clients. There are no geographic restrictions.
The agency also serves as a training facility that provides guidance, education, and job opportunities to MFT interns and practicum students.

Call to apply; appointments are preferred. A verbal proof of income is required.
Fees
Fees are set on a sliding scale based on family income. For classes, there is a registration fee, in addition to the fee per class.
