Transitional Housing/Shelter
Provider: FIRST TO SERVE - WOMENS TRANSITIONAL LIVING
The agency provides shelter for homeless men and women in Los Angeles County. Services include transitional housing/shelter. Individuals must have completed a minimum six month substance abuse program, have been sober within 24 to 48hrs of intake, and agree to a six month program. There are no geographic restrictions.
Supportive services include case management, housing search assistance, workforce development and educational support, financial literacy support, group and individual counseling, behavior modifications, social events and transportation. Supportive health services include AIDS and HIV testing and support.
