Home Nursing

The agency provides in-home health services for people of all ages in Los Angeles and surrounding counties. Services include home health aide services and home nursing. There are no geographic restrictions.
People are eligible for services if they are confined at home, under the care of a licensed physician, and in need of intermittent skilled nursing or rehabilitative services. The agency can provide nursing services; mother/infant care; physical, occupational, speech, enterostomal, and IV therapy; and medical social services. Staff can assist people who have cancer, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, arthritis, post-surgical problems, or who are recovering from a stroke.
Services provided include homemakers, 24 hour caregivers, driver/companions, certified nursing assistants, or nurses' aides can assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, grooming, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, transferring) or provide respite care.
Also provided is a free Lifeline Emergency Response Program as well as a new In-home Remote Monitoring Program, call for information.
