Special Education (Speech Impairments)
Provider: ROSEMEAD SCHOOL DISTRICT
The district administers comprehensive education services for children in transitional kindergarten through grade eight who live in Rosemead and in parts of El Monte, San Gabriel and Temple City. The district also serves students who have learning disabilities and developmental speech problems. It contracts with other districts for programs for all other disabled students. The district also participates in special programs for children who are educationally disadvantaged with special funds from federal and state governments.
