Services include information about and referral to other mental health agencies and services. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to the Spanish-speaking community. Services are restricted to the San Fernando Valley.

Fees are based on eligibility guidelines. Most services do require Medi-Cal but there are limited services for Healthy Families and non-insured.
