Literacy Volunteer Opportunities
Provider: CITY OF COMMERCE PUBLIC LIBRARY - ROSEWOOD LIBRARY
The library maintains a collection of books, magazines and other items which are available to people of all ages. The materials include special collections in Spanish language and business publications. In addition, staff provide telephone reference information and research assistance services for the public.
The Adult Literacy Program provides free tutoring to individuals 16 and over who wish to improve their basic reading writing and math skills. The library also has an English as a Second Language program several times a year based on need.
