Disease/Disability Information (Hypertension)

Provider: SOUTH CENTRAL FAMILY HEALTH CENTER

The program provides health education for people of all ages who live in Los Angeles County. Services include disease/disability information, family literacy programs, nutrition education, and parenting education. There are no geographic restrictions. Disease/disability information is available on asthma, cholesteremia, diabetes and hypertension. Additional classess and programs are available such as parenting classes and classes and materials about chronic illness management, high blood pressure, family planning, and domestic violence.
