The agency provides employment services to mentally ill adults and transitional aged youth ages 17 and older in the San Fernando Valley. Services include employment preparation and vocational assessment. Services are restricted to the San Fernando Valley (Spa 2).
The Valley Employment Services Program (VES) provides employment services for individuals who are receiving services through the Department of Mental Health or one of it's contract agencies. Services include vocational assessment, employment preparation and employment support.
