The agency provides family life education for adults who live in the San Fernando Valley. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to low-income, Spanish-speaking people. Applicants must meet Federal low-income guidelines; geographic restrictions apply for some services.
Family life education services include a 12-week parenting program which is open to parents who have children of any age. The program accepts court-referred individuals. The program focuses on enhancing parents' ability to communicate with their children.
