Dental Care (Youth)

The league provides health services for people who live in the Whittier area. Services include health education for elementary school children and dental care. Services are restricted to Whittier residents.
Dental care is provided for children in kindergarten through high school who have been referred by a Whittier school nurse.
League volunteers present puppet shows to elementary school children that address social and health issues.

Call for information. A referral from a school nurse is required for the dental program.
Fees
There are no fees for most services; very low fees, which are waived for families who cannot afford them, are charged for dental services.
