Specialized Information and Referral (Public Assistance Issues)

The program provides information and referral services for residents of HACLA public housing facilities. Services include specialized information and referral for community service, education opportunities, and for public benefits information. This program also facilitates entrance into WIOA funded training programs for those who are eligible. Services are restricted to public housing residents in the City of Los Angeles.
