Specialized Information and Referral

The agency provides information and referral service to active duty, National Guard and reserve members and their families, nationwide. Services include specialized information and referral. Services are restricted to active duty, Reserve, National Guard members, and their families. There are no geographic restrictions.  

The agency provides confidential information and services on every aspect of military life, topics include but are not limited to deployment, reunion, specialty consultations, spouse employment and education and wounded warrior resources. Specialty consultations include adoption, disability, education, elder care and documentation and translation services for non-English speaking military-connected individuals.  

The Spouse Education and Career Opportunities Program (SECO) provided educational support for military spouses who wish to enter the workforce. Wounded warrior resources include personal assistance related to military facilities concerns, health care services, benefits and other concerns. The agency is also a virtual extension to installation services.
