Outpatient Mental Health Facilities

The agency provides mental health services for adolescents age 12 to 25 years of age and adults who live in Los Angeles County. Services include central intake/assessment for mental health services. There are no geographic restrictions.

Services are available to adolescents with symptoms such as extreme mood swings; depression; anxiety; trauma; and or difficulty with anger and aggression, or difficulty in maintaining interpersonal relationships.

Services include assessment and referrals, group and individual counseling, family education and psychotherapy, educational groups, parenting groups, crisis intervention, school educational sessions, youth and family groups and activities, drug testing, HIV/AIDS education, aftercare and alumni programs, relapse prevention, and 12 step groups. Outpatient treatment is available for those with dual-diagnosis of substance use disorder and a mental illness. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management.
