The agency provides services for people with developmental disabilities in east Los Angeles County and west San Bernardino County. Services include developmental disabilities day habilitation programs, disability related center based employment, indepdendent living skills instruction, recreational activities/sports, and vocational education. There are geographic restrictions.

Services include day treatment, a variety of independent living, recreational, and pre-vocational and vocational programs for adults who have other types of disabilities, including deafness, which pose barriers to employment.

The agency's four Adult Developmental Centers offer independent living, pre-vocational and vocational skills for adults who have developmental disabilities. However, services at the Monte Vista Center are targeted for adults who have severe physical and medical disabilities.

Through Diversified Industries, a sheltered workshop type setting, the agency provides job and work skills training to prepare developmentally and vocationally disabled adults for competitive employment in other settings.

Summit Services is a day treatment program which uses behavior management for "dual diagnosed" individuals (both mental illness and developmental disabilities).

The Passport Senior Services program is for people age 50 and older, which enhances access to community-based leisure and recreational activities.
