The agency provides substance use disorder services to people who live in South Los Angeles. Services include alcohol use disorder education/prevention, drug use disorder education/prevention and specialized information and referral for alcohol and drug use disorder issues. Services are restricted to South Central Los Angeles residents.
The community-based agency bring individuals and organizations together through specialized information and referral, social action programs and intervention activities that address the affects of drugs and alcohol in the community.

Membership to the organization is $20 per year, but no one is denied inclusion due to inability to pay.
