The Be Forever Fit clinic is for obese children and adolescents ages 5 to 19 and their families who live in Los Angeles County. Services include weight management programs. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides clinical services, health education and resources related to the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity. The clinic provides a multidisciplinary team which includes a doctor, a dietician and a psychologist. The team works together to help participants eat healthy and stay active. Classes are available covering exercise, nutrition and wellness.

Individuals must have L A Care Medi-Cal, Health Net Medi-Cal assigned to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center or straight Medi-Cal.
