Psychiatric Case Management

The agency provides welfare-to-work support services for individuals who receive or are eligible to receive CalWORKs and live in the Santa Clarita Valley area, SPA 2, of Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.
Services may include general counseling services, drug use disorder counseling, including individual and group; telephone crisis intervention; medication evaluation and monitoring; mental health evaluation; case management; and vocational assessments.
The program also provides employment services for CalWORKs and GROW participants who receive mental health welfare-to work support services. Services include prejob guidance. Staff also provide ongoing support for clients to maximize job retention.
