Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES - HIGH DESERT REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER

The center provides health services for people of all ages who live in the Antelope Valley. Services include Child Health and Disability Prevention program exams (CHDP), general medical care, pediatrics, and urgent care. There are no geographic restrictions.

CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. 

Pediatrics include well child visits, preventative care, physicals and immunizations.

The health center also provides specialty care services that generally require a request from primary care providers.

Call or walk in to apply for service. Proof of employment or volunteer needs is required for adult TB screening.
Fees
Fees for services vary, based on insurance plan. Medi-Cal, Medicare, ATP (Ability to Pay) and some private insurance programs are accepted.
