The center provides family planning services for people who live in the San Fernando Valley area. Services include abortions, and gynecology services through the Family PACT program. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Family PACT program provides birth control including long-acting reversible contraceptives, emergency contraception and sterilization; family planning counseling and education; STD testing and treatment; HIV testing; cervical cancer screening; pregnancy testing and limited fertility services. The program does not provide general medical or emergency care.
To qualify, individuals must have income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible.

There are no fees for individuals who qualify for the Family PACT program.
