The agency provides technical assistance and training in literacy instruction and early literacy programs for family child care providers, early childhood center staff and kindergarten educators in Altadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Glendale, La Canada, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, and South Pasadena.
The staff conduct work-site training for child care center staff and Head Start teachers. The program also provides services to individuals who wish to set up a child care program, or parenting education programs for their employees.
