Drug Complaints

The administration provides consumer assistance in regard to food and drug safety, medical devices and radiology equipment. There are no geographic restrictions.

The administration enforces laws and regulations to prevent the distribution of adulterated or misbranded foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, veterinary products, radiological products and biologics of interstate and foreign origin. It investigates complaints and inquiries from the public about manufacturers and wholesalers to determine if a federal law has been violated and takes appropriate action. Educational workshops and informational materials are available for the general public through the agency's public affairs office.
