Supportive Housing

The program provides supportive housing for homeless adults and families with mental disabilities, age 18 and older who live in Los Angeles County. Applicants must be able to live independently. There are no geographic restrictions.
The independent living facilities are apartment buildings with capacities from 20 to 147 residents. Most of the apartments are equipped with communal kitchens and meeting spaces, integrated living and services space design; some have private kitchens; most have private bathrooms.
The agency provides supportive services by case managers who provide linkages with community social service providers. The support program works in partnership with other neighborhood-based social service providers.

Application Procedure
A referral from a Coordinated Entry System (CES), Family Solutions Center (FSC) or other social service agency is required. Potential applicants are placed on a waiting list if they meet eligibility criteria. Walk-ins are not allowed.
Fees
Rental fees are set at 30% to 40% of the resident's income.
