Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES - EAST LOS ANGELES HEALTH CENTER
The center provides health services for people of all ages who live in the East Los Angeles area. Services include Child Health and Disability Prevention program exams (CHDP, general medical care, and pediatrics. There are no geographic restrictions.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
Pediatrics include well child visits, preventative care, physicals and immunizations.

Call or walk in to apply; an appointment is required. ID and proof of LA County residency are required.
Fees vary; some services are free for eligible patients. Ability to Pay (ATP), Medi-Cal and LA Care are accepted.
