Art Therapy

The agency provides services for people with disabilities who live in zip codes 90247, 90250 and 90808. Services include art and music therapy for people with developmental disabilities, and volunteer opportunities. The agency has four day program sites and two art gallery locations. Services are restricted to residents of zip codes 90808, 90247 and 90250.

Art therapies in the Achieving Results Together program, include art, dance/movement, drama, music and language arts. Art therapy is used to teach a wide variety of skills including educational skills, communication, community integration, psycho-emotional development, appropriate social behavior and basic life skills.

The Music Therapy Clinic provides services for children, age 3 to 18, who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The program offers clinical assessment and music therapy services to improve sensory, cognitive, and motor dysfunctions.
