Early Head Start

The program provides early childhood education to low-income families with children ages 0 to 4 who live or work in Azusa, Baldwin Park, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, La Puente, South El Monte and West Covina. Services include early head start. The program accepts disabled children. Services are restricted to people who live or work Azusa, Baldwin Park, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, La Puente, South El Monte and West Covina.

The program provides parenting skills, developmental screening for children, and support for families of children ages 0 to 4.
