Health Insurance/Dental Coverage

The agency provides health services for people of all ages. Services include health insurance enrollment. The agency is qualified as an enrollment entity for Medi-Cal and Healthy Families health insurance programs. Services are for people who meet low income eligibility guidelines. There are no geographic restrictions for enrollment and referral services. Periodic screenings are restricted to clients in the service areas of Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, Duarte, Irwindale, Monrovia, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and Temple City. Services also include health care referrals and periodic health screening events such as children's dental and vision screenings. Services are provided by volunteer doctors, dentists and nurses. The Health Services location is not a clinic.
