The agency provides adult education services for adults age 18 and older, and for high school students who have been referred by their high school counselor. Services include adult basic education, citizenship education, community adult schools, disability related center based employment, English as a Second Language, GED instruction, GED test sites, parenting skills classes, and vocational education.

The classes include English, math, business, typing, business machines, computer, home arts, fine arts, health, and photography. A certified court reporter program, and a certified welder's program. Tri-Community Adult Education serves as a GED testing center.

Sheltered workshop courses for adults who have disabilities are available and provide instruction in vocational skills. Career counseling and child care are available for participating students. Classes are offered at a variety of sites. Citizenship preparation and English as a Second Language are provided at the Pioneer Center in West Covina.
