Contract Clinics

The clinic provides health services for people in the Paramount area. Services include childhood immunizations, a community clinic, contract clinic services if funding is available, general medical care, and pediatrics. There are no geographic restrictions.

Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care and Family PACT services. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.

CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.
