The center provides HIV/AIDS services primarily for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people of all ages in Los Angeles county. Services include AIDS/HIV clinics, HIV/AIDS disease/disability information, HIV testing and rapid HIV tests for people age 12 and older, a pharmacy and support groups. Age restrictions apply for some services; there are no geographic restrictions.

Confidential and anonymous HIV testing includes pre-test education and counseling. Full medical care is provided for people who are diagnosed HIV positive.

The agency also offers the HIV/AIDS Pep/PrEP program that provides emergency post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) treatment for people who have had a high risk exposure to HIV/AIDS, and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) treatment for people who have high-risk HIV/AIDS exposure. PEP treatment includes a 28 day course of antiretroviral medication, usually in pill form. Treatment must start within 72 hours of exposure. PrEP includes a daily medication to reduce the risk of HIV infection.

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and Pharmacy provides FDA-approved HIV-related drugs at little or no cost to those who are eligible; call for more information.
