Veteran Home Loans

The agency provides services for veterans in Los Angeles County and throughout the State of California. Services include veteran home loans. There are no geographic restrictions.
Veteran home loans offer competitive market interest rates with low or no down payments that increase purchasing power and keep payments down. Expanded eligibility makes the program available to almost all veterans.
90 days of active duty and a discharge classified as "Honorable" or "Under Honorable Conditions" are required. Active duty military personnel are eligible once they meet the 90 day active duty requirement. Current members of the National Guard and United States Military Reserves who qualify as first time home buyers or purchase in certain targeted areas are eligible as well. Contact the agency to discuss all applicable eligibility requirements.
The following types of property purchases may be financed by the program: Single family homes, condominiums, manufactured homes installed on land, mobile homes in parks, cooperative housing, and farms. Construction loans and rehabilitation loans may also be available.
