Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites (Older Adults)

Provider: CITY OF WEST COVINA COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT - CAMERON COMMUNITY CENTER

The agency provides services for older adults, age 55 and older, who live in West Covina and surrounding communities. Services include Alzheimer's Disease caregiver support groups, certificates/forms assistance, congregate meals, multiple sclerosis related support groups, health fairs, living trust preparation assistance, Medicare counseling, and will preparation assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Recreational classes are provided such as arts and crafts, tai chi, yoga, photography, etc. LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH Printed applications may be available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish and Tagalog.

Fees
There are fixed fees. For the congregate meals, a suggested donation of $2.00 are for individuals age 60 and older; for individuals younger than 60 years old pay $4.00, and for individuals with disabilities younger than 60 years pay $3.00.
