The agency provides case management services for youth ages birth through 21, in South Los Angeles County. Services include long term case/care management for Medi-Cal recipients who have complex needs. Eligibility restrictions apply and services are restricted to residents of SPA's 6, 7 and 8.
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal benefit that provides eligible members with a lead care manager who coordinates their health and health-related care and services. Participants must be enrolled in a Medi-Cal health plan with LA Care, HealthNet or Anthem. Additional specific criteria apply.
