Discount Transit Passes
Provider: CITY OF PICO RIVERA PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
The agency provides transportation services for seniors age 55 and older, and people of any age who have disabilities, in the City of Pico Rivera. Services include disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Services is restricted to residents of Pico Rivera. Geographic restrictions apply to the city limits.
The program provides transportation for errands and shopping within the city limits and will go to designated areas outside but within 5 miles of the city limits for medical or government appointments. Lift vans are available for people who use wheelchairs.
The city subsidizes the purchase of MTA-Transit Access Pass (TAP) cards for Pico Rivera residents who are age 62 or older, people with physical disabilities and students. Services are restricted to residents of Pico Rivera.
Passes can also be loaded for use on the Montebello bus lines.
