Transitional Case/Care Management (Transition Age Youth)

The agency provides youth services for transition age youth in Los Angeles County. Services include life skills education and transitional case/care management. There are no geographic restrictions.
Essential Life Skills is a 90 day case management program to help youth develop or strengthen skills for adulthood. Topics include money management and banking, credit and tax preparation, communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills, and job interview training. The final phase assists youth in establishing an educational or business plan; it includes a graduation ceremony event and a Head Start stipend.
