Veteran Membership Organizations

The organization provides veterans services for members, nationwide. Services include household goods, veteran benefits assistance and veteran membership organizations. The program accepts honorably discharged veterans of all military branches including Reserves and National Guard, regardless of whether or not they experienced combat. There are no geographic restrictions.
Veterans benefits assistance is provided by VA accredited Veteran Service Officers in the form of benefits assistance, discharge status appeals and claims assistance.
Veteran membership organizations includes AMVETS, which connects members to various programs and services and to membership Posts throughout California and the United States.
The Welcome Home program provides household goods for veterans who are new recipients of HUD/VASH vouchers and are in need of furniture and other household items.

Fees
Membership fees range from $30 per year to a $250 lifetime membership option. Members receive discounts on some goods and services from supporting businesses. There are no fees for benefits assistance or the Welcome Home program.
