Carpentry Volunteer Opportunities

The agency provides volunteer opportunities for people age 16 and older who live in the cities of Long Beach, Dominguez, Lakewood, Signal Hill, Wilmington and surrounding communities. Services are provided by skilled and community volunteers. There are no geographic restrictions.
Services may include carpentry volunteer opportunities, electrician volunteer opportunities, plumbing volunteer opportunities, flooring/tiling volunteer opportunities, roofing volunteer opportunities, handyworker volunteer opportunities, interior and exterior painting volunteer opportunities and yard care volunteer opportunities.
Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver. LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH Volunteers are not required to speak any languages other than English, though Spanish, Khmer, and Tagalog are often helpful.
