The agency provides Coronavirus services for California residents age 18 and older in the San Gabriel Valley area. Services include Covid-19 diagnostic testing. Services are provided at the main Fair Oaks and Lime St. locations. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.

Call to apply; an appointment is required. Valid ID is required for everyone. Private insurance or Medi-Cal information is requested, if applicable. Homeless patients may self-attest.
