William Covey has worked for ARCO Petroleum Products Company, Noble Group, Ltd., Mansfield Oil Company and served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Noble Mansfield Commodity Services.
As Chief Executive Officer, he identified staffing weaknesses, recruited talent,and streamlined operations for increased production efficiency, work quality and cost-effective resource management. William sold the company in 2016, and now provides similar leadership through his consulting practice, which assists struggling organizations meet their operational and financial goals.
William was inspired to join the 211 LA Board of Directors by the caring and hardworking team who serve as an essential link in connecting LA residents to services. He continues to utilize his expertise in organizational leadership on the Board of Directors to support 211 LA in more effectively meeting their goals.
