The center provides public health services which include the treatment and control of communicable diseases to assist in disease prevention for people of all ages in the Glendale area. Services include contraception, disease/disability specific screening/diagnosis, health education, HIV post and pre exposure prophylaxis medication, pap tests, public clinics, and sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.

Public health centers do not provide general medical care.

Contraception methods available include male and female condoms, pills, patch, injection and sponge. Emergency contraception pills are also available.

STD services include screening and treatment for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, trichomoniasis, yeast/candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis and herpes, as well as HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis medication (PrEP) and Post Exposure Prophylaxis medication (PEP).
