Transitional Housing/Shelter (Homeless Families)

Please note that this agency is NOT an emergency shelter. Placement for shelter and transitional housing space is limited with a waitlist of approximately 6-8 months.
The agency provides homeless support services for homeless families with children 17 years and younger in the South Bay. Services include case/care management for shelter and transitional housing programs. Services are restricted to South Bay residents with minor aged children.

Application Procedure
Apply online at: familypromiseosb.org. Click the "need help?" button and complete the Intake Questionnaire; a Case Manager will contact the family directly within 5 business days to conduct a screening and add the family to their waitlist for shelter services. No walk-ins are permitted.
