Bystander intervention training educates people on how they can support someone who is being harassed. Trainings are customized for the asian community, the workplace environment, for the disability community and for the youth population.

Conflict resolution training is available for employers and educates employees how to identify potential conflict and how to assess whether to intervene.

The agency offers a community platform to support people experiencing online harassment. Individuals can share their stories and receive support from vetted resources. The site provides a social media safety guide with information and instructions on how to use reporting and privacy tools on popular web platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others. Self-care guides, legal resources and referrals to other support organizations are also available online.
