The program provides education services for people in Los Angeles. Services include English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and tutoring for youth and adults. There are no geographic restrictions.
ESL classes are conducted four days per week for adults 18 years and older. The program accepts people who have limited English skills and people who speak no English. People from any language group are welcome. The classes focus on teaching basic oral English skills in order to assist people who have recently come to this country as well as people who live here, to remove barriers posed by an inability to speak English.
