The program provides advocacy for people in Los Angeles County to help obtain benefits and services to which they are entitled. Service includes assistance with health insurance benefits applications, including Medi-Cal; and eye examinations by the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute's mobile clinic.
Community Health Councils, Inc. provides the health insurance assistance; the agency assists adults and families with children, process and apply for Medi-Cal or other insurance options. There are no geographic restrictions.
Eye exams are provided periodically on-site by the mobile clinic.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Medi-Cal application assistance is provided Monday through Thursday - call for specific hours.
