Day Camps

This agency offers social and recreational activities for youth and adults who live in Long Beach and Lakewood. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.

Social and recreational activities are offered through a number of groups for youth and adults. These groups include a Bible-based activity called B.A.S.I.C. that is for children, ages 6 to 12; the Girl Guards for young women age 12 to 18, the Adventure Corps for young men age 6 to 18, the Young People's League for all teenagers, the Day Home League and the Night Home League for women age 18 and older, and the Men's Fellowship group for men age 18 and older. The groups for youth participate in a variety of outings, camping trips, sports activities, and social gatherings. The Home Leagues and the Men's Fellowship group participate in a variety of social events, meetings with guest speakers, and recreational activities.
