Rent Payment Assistance (Physical Disabilities)
The agency provides rent payment assistance targeted to older adults/disabilities issues in the City of Los Angeles. Geographic restrictions apply.
The ULA Emergency Income Support Program (ISP) provides up to $19,000 to low-income households with a senior and/or person with a disability who are at risk of displacement from their homes.
The program will prioritize households impacted by the January 2025 Wildfires and other recent community emergencies. Eligible, selected households may receive up to $19,000 in unrestricted financial assistance based on household size. Individuals can apply online or at a FamilySource Center.
Applications are open April 10th - 30th, 2026
