The agency provides services for people with disabilities and their families in Los Angeles. This is an administrative office; most of the services are provided in private homes and in the community, such as schools, public libraries, collaborating agencies and etc. Services are targeted, but not restricted to, Hispanics/Latinos, and are intended for people of all ages. Services include disease and disability information, parent support groups, parent-to-parent networking, and workshops/symposiums especially designed for parents of children who have disabilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

Fiesta Familiar is an educational program designed to support and educate families that have a child with a disability of all ages. The Fiesta Familiar can be provided in-home, community or a school. It is a two our workshop with a speaker talking on a specific topic such as IEP Regional Center or topics that families requested.
br> The agency maintains a database of resources related to disability services and provides information and referral for advocacy and other needed services.

The annual bilingual parent/professional conference provides public awareness and education and an opportunity for parents and professionals from all over the nation to meet, exchange ideas and discuss the newest information on disabilities.
