Life Skills Education (Youth)
Provider: MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS GROUP INC , THE
The agency provides youth counseling services for adolescents, ages 12 through 17, in Los Angeles. Services include alcohol use disorder education/prevention, anger management, drug use disorder education/prevention and life skills education, or "life coaching " opportunities. There are no geographic restrictions.
Also provided is rights and responsibilities for youth from the Probation Department.
The youth meet in groups, usually one evening a week. Groups are facilitated by certified professional staff.

Application Procedure
Call for information or to apply. An appointment is required. Referrals from Probation or DCFS or other community organization are accepted, however, youth may self-refer.
Fees
Sessions are set on a sliding scale ranging from $15 to $35, depending on the nature of the case.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00am to 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; closed Fridays. Groups meet on Monday evenings.
