Weight Loss Assistance
Provider: YMCA OF METROPOLITAN LOS ANGELES - COLLINS AND KATZ FAMILY YMCA
The program provides a variety of health and fitness opportunities for people of all ages who live in the greater West Los Angeles area. Services include health fairs, physical fitness assessment, prenatal fitness, weight loss assistance, and wellness programs. There are no geographic restrictions.
A yearly health fair for children is also available. Babysitting is available for members while people participate in activities.

Application Procedure
Call or walk in for information during the hours the agency is open. Membership is required for participation in most programs; certain programs, such as swimming lessons and youth sports, are open to the public for a fee.
Fees
Membership rates vary with age and family size; there are higher program fees for non-members. There are fixed fees for services.
